With a background spanning engineering, supplier management, and financial services, she has a proven ability to turn complex challenges into simple, people-centered solutions.

Samantha takes a practical, empathetic, and flexible approach to her work, striving to help individuals and teams find clarity and focus by streamlining processes, setting clear priorities, and delivering impactful results. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, helping ideas become actions and improving both performance and experience along the way.

Samantha holds degrees in Accounting and Supply Chain/Operations Management from North Carolina State University, along with a minor in Political Science. Outside the office, she enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, local soup kitchens, and animal rescues. A proud mom of two daughters, Samantha lives in Charleston, SC, and spends her free time hiking, gardening, cooking, crafting, and traveling.
